Some people are able to look at higher windows. Some people are able to look at lower windows.

Roc Season 3 Episode 22- You Shouldn’t Have To Lie.
Swangin’
Some individuals are able to access higher Windows and bring certain information back to The table.
Some individuals are able to access lower windows And are able to bring certain information back to The table as well.
That is why certain people can get along so well.
With that in mind. You can’t be blind. So let’s not be sublime. You have people who like to mime for slime.
They enjoy seeing people fall. They enjoy seeing people bawl. They enjoy bringing about innocent people’s Downfall. That’s why they like to always brawl.
So, you can’t allow individuals who can only see Brick walls. To tell you who or what is a pitfall. Maybe, that’s why some of them act so pitiful.
Some choose not to be a part of their company Because they know that misery is their company.
So they choose to be around a company whose Principles involve resolve. Company that is centered around helping people To evolve.
A company that doesn’t involve purposely Bringing down an innocent person’s downfall. They don’t mind teaching other people how to Have a ball. Or ball. They have a mindset that it is enough for all.
They don’t have time for the dread. So, instead, they figure out better ways to move Ahead.
Go figure.
Thank goodness for people who know how to Look at the bigger picture.
They know it’s bigger than us. They also know you can’t build anything without AUTHENTIC trust.
One of the things that I appreciate about the Artsβ¦
Especially, the television arts particularly “reality” shows is that it allows you to see from a different lens.
I feel that when certain t.v. shows are done with good intent it allows you to see why a person may vent.
So, with that being said. I just got through watching a couple of episodes of The Carmichael Reality Show.
Even though there is a part of me that still wonders if there was a connection between the character of Maxine on his old show and the reality show that is playing out now.
However, after watching the second episode of The Carmichael Reality Show it seemed as if there were underlying tones that made it hard to get to the depth of the show.
Even though I can admit that I’m not part of the melanated LGBTQIA community.
I can’t help but see the same repetitive tactics that are being used on melanated women being used on the melanated LGBTQIA community.
Especially when it comes to the moving goalposts of exploring the different elements of sexuality and sensuality when it comes to the melanated community as a whole.
I should have known something wasn’t right the minute I saw them have Jerrod come out in his draws like he was Smokey from Friday.
The Carmichael Reality Show did not necessarily come across as comedy but as a cry for help.
When Jerrod was on stage it was like a laugh track was playing.
It was like the audience was literally laughing at his pain.
Once again, at the risk of writing this Repetitively.
Which, I don’t mind since “they” don’t mind
Being disrespectful repetitively.
Covertly as well as eloquently.

I understand I’m not a part of the melanated LGBTQIA as you can tell I probably missed a letter.
Howeva.
I see it doesn’t matter if you are gay, straight, curious, bi-curious, or just plain delirious which can happen if you are gay or straight.
There are certain things you have to address right from the gate.
But, if we are totally honest.
Melanated gay men speak on melanated women’s issues all the time.
So, since we equal opportunity in this thang.
Let’s get this party started rightβ¦β¦lol
I don’t know if I’m probably still holding on to some resentment from the way they did Longinus on Modern Family.
It might even be mixed in with how they did Angela from American Housewife.
Which would probably need to be a separate article altogether.
Howeva.
I just notice when it comes to the portrayal of melanated gay men or just the melanated LGBTQIA community in general “they” always manage to write in an act as if the melanated LGBTQIA is in heat.
Not in an almondy way but in a way where it is marginalized.
To be honest the melanated community is not
Marginalized, the viewpoint is. -DaSh’e 1313
That is one of the problems when there is no
Diversity within the diversity.
It causes even more controversy.
-DaSh’e 1313
So with that being said.
Or typed in my case.
Of course, as a melanated woman I see, feel, and have lived experiences with slight variations.
So, when I see the same tactics being utilized in another community that has been very impactful in a good way .
In or towards our collective community I feel the need to say.
Something something just ain’t riggggggght.
Depending on how I feel that day I’ll add a little sweat.
A little Keith Sweat and mix it with the Keith Sweat shoulder shimmyβ¦lol
Get it β¦
Get Itβ¦
Anywhoo, back to the subject at hand.
I feel like The Carmichael Reality Show was more like a reality show about sex addiction .
As well as a cautionary tale about the importance of choosing your sex partners wisely….
No “gayness” was required.
It’s a Universal thing baby..lol
Honestly, I feel this is one of the myriad of reasons why I have an appreciation for melanated media of good intent.
I feel that melanated media has a way of dissecting and exploring the diverse elements that entail the different arrays of melanated people.
That is the importance of For Us By Us.
I feel that there should be a balance that is brought forth regarding Jerrod.
Maybe a one-on-one interview with Carlos King.
I could even see an actual panel discussion where there are melanated males of the melanated gay community who can sit down and talk with Jerrod in a safe space.
Because of what I just saw from these last 2 episodes of The Carmichael Reality Show.
There needs to be some explanation.
Especially, as to who thought it was a good idea to put him in Smokey’s
