Tension check :

Relax the muscles in the face, the muscles in the Eyes.
Release your jaw, soften your gaze, soften your tongue, drop your shoulders.
Relax your chest ,soften your belly.
Allow your legs and feet to relax deeply.
Feel the Support from the earth or ground.
Sit up or Allow your spine to become straight.
Scan the body for any tension, stress or anxiety Accumulated throughout the day.
Take a deep breath in and slowly out ….releasing, relaxing, melting, dissolving any tension in your system….. and slowly recollect yourself back into The Higher Consciousness.
